For this year the European Paratroopers Association is
organizing various airborne operations around the world.
All active, reserve and retired soldiers can join us as
Members and take part in our operations. With us you will get the opportunities to train and jump with airborne units and paratrooper reserve associations to earn their official
parachute wings and much more... |

Like last year, some members of our Association will be able to take part in various special trainings events, such as exercises, courses, tests and qualifications, organized by NATO and friendly nations’ armed forces. During these events our members will have the chance to earn very prestigious military badges such as marksmanship, achievement, sport, march, airborne, survival and much more. |
Depending on the number of slots available, some of these Special Events may be
reserved to a limited number of members and may not be announced on the website.

The Airborne Training Center of our Association has
been organizing basic Airborne Courses for those of our members who haven't yet taken an airborne course, to give them the opportunità to qualify as military
parachutists. The courses are taking place at several Airborne Schools in Europe.
Once they have successfully completed the course and done the required jumps they will earn their official
parachutists badge. |

All members of the European Paratroopers Association
can earn the European Wings (EPA Jump Badge) after completing the jumps during one of our parachuting
events. Our expert parachutist members who cannot join our jumpevents can be awarded the European Wings only on proof of valid jump qualification. The beginner members can earn the European Wings only after having successfully completed the basic airborne training course. |

The Shooting Training Center of our Association has been organizing basic and advanced pistol and rifle Combat
Marksmanship Courses. The courses are taking place at various Shooting Ranges in Germany, Italy, and the Czech
Republic, under the command of Shooting Instructor
members of IALEFI and supported by EPA staff as well. |

Our comrades of the German Army Reserve, have invited us to spend some days in Germany to do the tests to
earn the DSA and the DLRG.
The DSA and DLRG badges are approved by the German Armed Forces and each soldier who has successfully completed the
tests is authorized to wear the ribbons on his uniform.

The Active Lifestyle is a program of President's Challenge.
The objective of the program, developed by the President's Council on Physical Fitness and Sports of the United States in cooperation with the American sports organizations, is to
promote physical fitness. The rules are simple, and at the end of the program you can earn the Presidential Active
Lifestyle Award (PALA). |
