At the very beginning of the Russian-Ukrainian war the European Paratroopers Association activated a response and launched EPAID FOR UKRAINE 2022, an humanitarian operation to help those living through the conflict delivering essential medical supplies and humanitarian aid. The mission has involved half a hundred volunteers in Ukraine, Poland, Moldova, Italy, Spain and Sweden, along with hundreds of generous donors all over the world.

On September 1st 2022 European Paratroopers President Giulio Festa established the Ukraine Service Medal (USM) and the Humanitarian Service Medal (HSM) to award volunteers and donors for their meritorious service during the War, with humanitarian actions, financial assistance, training, logistic and transportation efforts.

You can apply for the medals if you meet the criteria*. We ask for a donation of 275€ for one medal (USM or HSM) and of 375€ for both medals (USM and HSM).
